Shipping & Returns
Due to various state laws, we can only ship wine to the states that appear in the selection box on the order form.
If Caldwell Family Vines is unable to ship directly to your state, we may be able to arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Caldwell Family Vines.
Processing and transport time from the date your order is received to delivery varies depending upon ship-to address, weather conditions enroute between us and you, and seasonal spikes in shipping volume out of our fulfillment warehouse.
By placing an order with us you are stating that you are 21 years of age, and that the recipient of the order is also 21 years of age. We require our shipping carrier to add the Adult Signature option, resulting in the carrier verifying the age of the recipient when the package is delivered.
Receiving a Shipment
Successful wine delivery is collaborative; we rely on the details you provide at the time you place your order as well as your timely follow-up should any issues arise after you’ve received your tracking information.
If the recipient of the wine will not be at home during regular business hours, we highly recommend sending the order to a commercial or business address where the package can be received and signed for. Orders containing alcohol cannot be left on a doorstep or sent to a P.O. Box. If no one is available for delivery, two additional attempts will generally be made. If the package is not signed for and received, and is subsequently returned to us, there will be an additional shipping charge to resend the package.
